I currently hold my bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in psychology and counseling. I am experienced in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger management, trauma-informed care, coping skills, self-regulation, communication skills, and behavioral modification just to name a few. As a mental health therapist, I strongly encourage individuals to find their own strengths and be an active participants in their journey of wellness. No one’s journey to healing is ever linear. Taking the first step to seek help is always the most challenging part, but that also means you are past the most challenging part. My goal is to educate individuals on the importance of progress over perfection to ensure each person can improve in their own lives by implementing healthy skills that lead to overall self–acceptance and self–care.
